Jo Miller, GPC, SMS, has worked as a part of the NCHH team since 2016, providing strategy, technical assistance, and training for communication and community engagement. Ms. Miller has worked in the field of healthy housing and lead poisoning prevention for 20 years. She has provided leadership for the City of Minneapolis’ nationally recognized lead and healthy homes program for more than a decade. Jo has worked with lead and healthy homes programs throughout the country to build stronger partnerships, innovative approaches, and secure more than $100 million in grant funds. As a grant professional with over 25 years of experience, Ms. Miller also works in the fields of nonprofit development, grant professional training, and community development. Ms. Miller is certified by the National Institute of Social Media as a Social Media Strategist (SMS) and trainer, by the Grant Professional Certification Institute as Grant Professional Certified, and as an approved trainer by the Grant Professional Association.
